Data protection for applications and in the application process
The responsible party collects and processes the personal data of applicants as part of the application process. This may also be done electronically, particularly when an applicant submits relevant application documents to the responsible party by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a webform available on the website. If the responsible party concludes a contract of employment with an applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purposes of the employment relationship in accordance with the law. If no employment contract is concluded with the candidate by the responsible party, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after the announcement of the rejection decision, unless deletion precludes other legitimate interests of the responsible party. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, serving as burden of proof in procedures set forth by the General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG).
Amendments
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
